Beltway Football Live on location Indianapolis for the scouting combine.

I got to hear from Dan Quinn and Adam Peters today.

Big man, we know that they're not going to tell us anything definitive, but I do think both coaches gave us some level of information.

And I think maybe bigger picture, last year they came in here as, you know, the cock of the walk, right?

Like they were, they were this upcoming team that everybody had to be reckoned with.

And there's definitely some humble pie. Like both guys said it, like, you know, this year wasn't good enough.

We need more wins. Like there's an understanding that last year was broken and things need to be fixed. And certainly injuries are a big

part of that, but like it's not the only part of it. I think that would be like my big overall

takeaway. They know they have to be different than they were this time last year. Yeah, I mean,

I think you can just look at the podium sessions as they went down. You know, there were other

coaches and GMs that were talking alongside similar times.

Last year, there's a crush of people for them.

This year, not as much.

And that happens when you go out and be as bad as you were, win five games.

Yeah, I mean, that happens.

But I think to their credit, you know, they did give us some nuggets here and there.

Certainly at the podium, Adam Peters talking about Brandon Ayyuk, which obviously is a name

that folks are going to be very excited about, you know.

So his comments about AP, or about Bayan and Ayuk, right.

Here's my question.

Like, he said, I can't talk about him. He's under contract. I love Brandon the person. I can't talk about the player. Does it feel any more likely that they signed Brandon Ayuk than it did before he talked about it?
