Because we've already read where Elohim had authority over the entire earth.

Of course, he created it.

So the Bible is made up of blood covenants, first in the blood of animals,

second in the blood of men through circumcision,

and then through the sinless blood of Jesus.

Well, the whole book is pointing at him.
