And so it's like whatever, I don't know the science behind all of it, but it's like, bam,

you're a data center town.

I don't want to be a data center town.

Well, neither do the people of Archibald, Pennsylvania.

Okay.

They're adding so many data centers there.

Like seven of them.

That it's like adding 51 Walmarts to a town of 7,000 people.
