History of the Papacy podcast. Always for me when I'm watching a historical movie, and I'm not one

to sit there and just completely pick apart a historical movie. But for me, there's kind of three

legs of a historical movie. It's either got to get the history right. It's got to connect to

something in history, even if it doesn't get exactly the details right, or it has to have a really

compelling story. And it just so happens to be set

in a historical time frame and just for my money it didn't do any of those if it had done any

one of those three things i would i would have enjoyed this movie just based on on the the

scenery in the background.

But it really missed on each one of those points.

And I'll bring up a couple of historical things that it really botched.

For one, the whole movie is based on that the Pope wants this relic.

And they show a really, really, the very first scene out of the, out of the blocks is a stoning of St.

Matthias. And I think they, I want to say that they say in 60 AD.
