You get new titles, you join different organizations, you take on more responsibilities.

But one thing is constant.

There will always be challenges.

That's where I come in.

I've only been here for a short time compared to those around me.

I'm trying to figure out how I can be seen more as a leader for the work that I'm putting in

and showing up to do. I'm a little exhausted. I felt like I was firing all cylinders and I had

these great superpowers and, you know, getting great recognition.

And I don't feel like I have those superpowers anymore.

And I, like, I'm wondering if this is a horrible thing to say, but am I past my peak?

I come across as very youthful a lot of times.

And that can be, you know, mistaken for just being real informal sometimes, and that I do know about myself.

And then I fight it sometimes because I know that executive presence is really, for me,

the way I've interpreted it is it's a reflection of who you are in front of people.

I became aware of a need to change.

And I realized I was like, wait, I'm doing everything for everyone.

Me leading this company more looks like me cleaning up everyone's stuff.
