Just having always put one foot ahead of the other and not really stopping to think, what

is it that I really want to do? As opposed to like, this will help catapult me

to the next point of my career or this will catapult me to break that glass ceiling, not really

stopping to say, like, is this something that I really want as opposed to just focusing on

that prize at the end? How do I interact with my female team members without feeling like I'm walking on eggshells?

I had three interactions with women in my department whom I have worked for many years,

where they got very upset at me.

And I realized that, hey, there's something wrong that I'm doing over here.

It's like maybe I could be completely wrong over here.

But I'm trying to think what caused it.

How do I stay the course as a leader when the going gets tough?

I would like to be able to see through this role to a successful exit

and actually stick with it, not take my tequila shot and say,
