And if there's one thing I know, it's this.

All leaders get blocked at some point in their career.

When it comes down to C-suite or board, the insecurity will come out a little bit more.

And I will start this internal loop of second guessing and deciding when to speak or what to say.

And then I end up either saying nothing or worse kind of saying something I'm not very proud of.

I've asked for feedback about this. And from my immediate managers, I get told that I need to work on my visibility. But more recently,

I'm doubting that the visibility is the real feedback that I need to hear. I don't have any of

that natural drive to want to be the boss. I'm finding as I do this role that I'm good at it in some respects.

I guess part of it is I don't know do I want to really commit to this to being C-suite.
