Supreme Court and how they touch our lives. We'll hear argument first this term in case number 1861.

We've chosen a handful of fascinating cases from the 2019-2020 term.

So the right and wrong principle, Your Honor, includes both knowledge of legal wrong and knowledge

of moral wrong. Well, I don't know that that's the case. Someone can know that something is

illegal, but feel very strongly that it is moral.

We'll consider employment and age discrimination, state funding for religious education,

the insanity defense for murder, and much more.

We'll hear from legal experts and educators.

If one thinks that a gun is a banana and shoots the gun, as it were, and kills somebody, then they shouldn't be

held accountable.

And meet some of the people behind the cases.

It's almost been surreal.

It just seems so strange to see our little family name, you know, our little family on a case that affects the whole nation.

And of course, excerpts of the oral arguments before the Supreme Court justices.

The word directly is nowhere in the text. When you buy groceries, you say they came from the

house. Plus, we'll do what we rarely have time for on the world and everything in its Legal Docket segment.
