History of the Papacy podcast. Text, and that makes me always think of people say, well,

what's authentic food? You know, I want to go to the authentic Chinese restaurant, or I want to go to the authentic Chinese restaurant or I want to go to the authentic

Vietnamese restaurant and you start to see that maybe things aren't, authenticity isn't

exactly what it's made out to be.

Like, say, a Bonnese sandwich.

It's on French bread with patte and smoked ham. What's often, you know, it starts to make you question

exactly what was authenticity. And I think that as early as origin and then later with Jerome,

they're starting to think of what is this question of authenticity. Yeah. So I just think we've got

a little local bakery that makes Banai, that sort of thing. And I'll tell you what, some of the meats they put on, I have no idea what they are. Apparently traditionally Ban Ma has meant to have like three different types of pork. No, just weirdly. Sorry, tell someone.

They're really good, though. It's hard to, at least where we live, it's hard to find a good one.

Right.

Okay.

So if anybody out there living in the Central Texas region knows where I should go for a good thought of me, tell me.
