Last year, we whipped up an awesome five-part podcast all about Roe versus Wade being argued at

the Supreme Court. There was so much drama and so many more shenanigans involved than even

we realized going into this series. There have been something like 1,600 Texas women who have gone to New York City alone for abortions

in the first nine months of 1971.

Is it a non-human and changing by the act of birth into a human?

Well, that's been the theory up until now.

and the state could prove that there was a person for the constitutional right.

But to celebrate Roe turning 48 years old this month, we thought, I know what, we thought we'd bring it to the entire boom-lawyered audience as well.

So from Monday, January 4th to Friday, January 9th, we'll drop an episode of We'll Hear arguments into your feed every day.

This was an awesome labor of love. And also the first time Jess and I got to record
