Hey everybody, this is Rob Leifeld. We are at another juncture, another edition of

Rob observations. Thanks for hanging out. Thanks for listening. We are still in a pandemic

in somewhere between a partial lockdown, a lockdown, a whatever 20, 30% of retail gets you.

Reason I'm bringing that up is there have not been comic cons this year since March, since the pandemic.

I think maybe one of the major shows in the comic book world

was able to get off. That would have been C2E2 before Emerald City Comic Con. Everything got

shut down, which is obviously beyond the right call. Come on, we had no idea what we were in for.

And so, as far as I know,

there's been no comic conventions. Now, I have heard that there may have been like secret underground shows, underground conventions. And man, if you attended one of those,

would you contact me? I would love to hear about your secret underground conventions.

I swear to you, I have heard of these things.

I have heard of them in Los Angeles.

I have heard of them in the Midwest.

But that's about, you know, that's some subterfuge.

That's some, you know, secret knock knock, secret password stuff, I guess, because it's not

stuff you really heard about.

I mean, if there's a rave in Laurel Canyon, you know, the police are there to shut it down here

in Southern California, so you hear about that stuff.

But secret comic cons, like I said, unless you've been having one of those, there haven't

been any. And, you know,

so many people that I speak to, they miss Comic Cons. You see it on, on Twitter. You see it on

Instagram. You see it on Facebook, all over social media. People miss it. People miss congregating.
