Hello pod, I'm Chris Hewitt and welcome to this very special edition of the Empire Podcast

dedicated to Comic Con 2013.

I'm recorded here and I've stated the art pod booth, which isn't actually of course our

hotel room at the Hilton Bayfront.

It is Saturday night, all the major movie panels have come and gone, we've seen pretty

much everything the Con has had to offer and it has been awesome.

I'm joined as ever by Helena Harrow, hello.

Hello, how are you doing?

I am really tired, but hanging in there just about.

I'm also joined by Ali Plum, hello, hello, how are you?

I'm good actually, I'm pretty happy, it's my first Comic Con and I was a bit worried

at first I wasn't enjoying it, but today he's been a cracker.

Today has been a cracker, so more on that later.

Fantastic, and we're also joined by our West Coast editor, aka Jaime Blanco aka his

real name is James White.

As a Game of D'Ottaro would say, Ola, everyone and no I'm not Spanish, I still don't understand

what that means.

What we're going to try and do is we're going to try and adhere to our regular format, even

though this is special.

So we're going to take some readers questions first and amazingly we do actually have some

readers questions about Comic Con, and then we're going to have a couple of interviews.
