discussion. We hear on Rob LaFeld's show. We talk comics 24-7 all the time, the history of comics, the business of comics, the nature of comic books, the creators, the great creators who give us our comic books to begin with.

I am not shy when I tell you how incredibly impressed I am with all of the comic creators that have impressed and continue to impress me.

Drawing comics is its own unique art form. It's something we don't talk about enough. It's

something that I don't bring up enough. It's not storyboards. It's not movies. It's not animation.

It is its own unique brand of storytelling down to the last panel on any given page before you turn the page.

Page turns are part of the timing of comic books and sequences and drama and making

sure that the ads don't break up, you know, all of all of the energy that you've built into

the pages. All of these things are part of the considerations of making comics.

And there are no comic books without artwork.

Artwork is the number one key component to comic books.

Any argument otherwise is a foolish argument.
