0:47.7	We are getting to know the Holy Spirit, and rightly we should, because the Holy Spirit is in the Word and because the Holy Spirit is in us.

0:52.1	The scriptures are full of revelations about who the Holy Spirit is. Jesus loved
0:59.2	to talk about the Holy Spirit. And if that's the case, don't you think we ought to enjoy talking
1:04.2	about him and getting to know him? You don't have to be afraid of truth. People have this idea,
1:09.3	well, this is kind of spookier, kind of mystical.
1:11.7	No, friend, this is wonderful and glorious because the Holy Spirit is God living inside of us
1:18.6	and making all of the divine resources available to us at this moment. In our last study,
1:24.3	we learned that it is the Holy Spirit that shares God's comfort, God's
1:29.8	truth, and God's holiness with us. Let's back up now and walk through these a little more in detail.
1:37.5	We begin with the very first reference in John chapter 14 to the Holy Spirit and to one that is
