Summary

We all have that ONE thing we always turn to in times of stress or sadness or trauma, even boredom. My one thing is food. Comfort eating helped me through abusive relationships, losing my job, and every other up and down moment in my roller coaster life. In these next few episodes, I’m opening up about my struggle with emotional eating.
