You have not one, but six Democratic lawmakers calling on our military, our intelligence

community, to basically defy orders and pushing for them to disobey their commander-in-chief.

Mark Kelly, Elise Slotkin, and the rest of them. Let me remind you of this because it's now an issue of whether or not what they have done here is a violation of law.

We went through some of the specifics earlier with Greg Jarrett and with David Chon, 18 USC, 2387.

And that law, you know, makes it a federal crime to do any of the following,

advise, urge, or attempt to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, refusal of duty among members

of the U.S. military obstruct or attempt to obstruct, recruiting, enlistlistment or general military operations,

distribute written materials advocating any of the above.

The law does not require advocating the overthrow of the government,

and it's specifically about undermining the functioning of the U.S. military.
