There is a lot of chatter today.

Chatter, that's what we do for a living, about a new poll showing the Democrats with a 14-point

lead over the Republicans in terms of preference for Congress.

And I don't think it means all that much, and I'll tell you what, I mean, you'd rather be up by 14 points.

Because people don't vote for a party.

They vote for their local member of Congress or against or newcomers if it's an open seat.

And so it's certainly kind of a bellwether, but too many of the

prognosticators forget. You know, when the voters of Georgia go to the polls in Marjorie

Taylor Green's district, they'll either be up or down on her, not, well, she's a Republican
