Rising fast this month, it's Almonds.

Grab a handful and eat them at the ballgame, or sneak a couple into that tedious office meeting,

so you can have a secret snack time while that boring old boss is yacking away about God knows what.

Knocked out of the top spot at number two, it's exercise.

While still very much in the national zeitgeist, this exhausting form of fun won't stay

popular long. As soon as tight buns go out of fashion, you're out of here exercise.

And snatching the top spot, it's the organic grocery store.
