My grandma was Methodist, very religious. I remember, we went to church every Sunday, and when I came to, came back from Ghana to the UK and I used to go to church, I was like,

why are all these people here? If they're so sad to be here like no one seemed to want to be

at church and I was like you're adults you don't have to come.

It gets better because it has to get better.

it must be a few years ago now and the second I met her was like, oh she's going to do the podcast and it took us a while to get it sorted but now we did and

oh you're gonna absolutely love her I know I say that about all the all the people I talk to

That oh God this person is incredible. She says that about maybe I only get incredible people on the
