Hello. It's me happy February. It's about time I think I think January was probably the

longest month I've ever experienced. It was so long and so dark and wet and cold and

I mean for anyone in Australia listening to this you'll be like oh can we please have January back

because it was so warm and nice and I'm like well you're probably going to be I I

know I'm glorifying the Australian summer because it's so cold here that I'm like I would rather live in an oven forever

as long as it was light and bright and not

British winter also it coincided with not British Winter.

Also, it coincided with, like I need to get a new therapist and that is the worst, it's so difficult.

Just, it's like going on like a like a speed, speed dating event, speed dating

event where you're just putting all your trauma and your vulnerability and

everything out on the table and you're like can I ever be okay and then they can be like oh no sorry

just go on to the next one. So, what a month, and I mean this when I say that this helps.
