Imposter syndrome is funny.

I think we need to remove the word syndrome because we all deal with feeling like an imposter.

And so what I remind our clients to do and remind myself to do all the time is I want you to

envision that you're in a tunnel and it's dark and you have flashlight. And there are people

behind you in that tunnel, whether it's one person or 50 people or 20,000 people. But if you're the

person in the front with the flashlight, can you take one step and make

sure that the people behind you are safe? And so if you can lead one step at a time, then you have the

capability to lead. On today's episode of the CLS experience, we have a very special treat. She's a

business coach, a speaker, a bad-ass entrepreneur, just an overall awesome human being. And although she doesn't know,

she's been a silent mentor to me for quite some time, Jess Glazer. How you doing, Jess?

I'm great. Thank you so much for having me. And I did not know that. So thank you. And I'll dive into

that in a little bit. But in a nutshell, you know, there's a lot of people on social media, a lot of people

that do or earn the space, right?

Yeah.

And there's a lot of different voices.

But the content that you put out specifically always resonated with me.
