Let's go to the Bible together with me to a book of Genesis, the first book of the Bible.

And it's going to be chapter 13 and verse 14.

Then the Lord said to Abraham after, somebody say after, after Lot had separated from him, lift your eyes now.

Now let's go to just few verses before and that is verse 10 and lot lifted his eyes if you're taking notes write this down Abraham could not see the promise until lot left him Abraham could not see the

promise until lot left him.

Now, this gentleman Christian is going to represent Abraham.

Now, I want you to notice something about word lot.

Somebody say lot.

And somebody say veil.

Word lot in original means veil.

Vail.

Okay. Word lot in original means veil. As long as lot was in Abraham's life, you don't see God telling Abraham to look.

God gave him a promise and God told him to get out from where he was, but it was after a lot left.

The Bible says, after lot left, God said to Abraham, look now.

You got the promise, but you can see because you have some people in your life, they are veils.

Some of us cannot see the vision that God has for us because we're surrounded with lots.
