You're not going to be here. John is described as the disciple whom Jesus loved and it may be no surprise that he gives us a deeper look into what it means to love

and how it's done. Of all the things I want and hope for in this world, it is

learned how to be a person filled with love, but self creeps in It is

a person filled with love, but self creeps in at every turn.

We have a special love for John because we see in him a special love for the Savior. Six times in the Gospel of John, this is highlighted

in these moments. It was John who was laying on Jesus' bosom during the Last Supper, which

only makes sense if you understand that meals in the Middle East

were eaten in more of a reclining position on the floor.
