| 1:16.2 | And so they've turned aside from him and they've taken bribes, and they're just not people |

| 1:23.5 | And so the people come to Samuel and complain that since his sons walk not in his ways, |
| 1:29.9 | they want a king. |
| 1:31.4 | What do you make of that? |
| 1:33.6 | I think it's a really interesting dilemma that they face, and what the scriptures said, |
| 1:38.0 | I think, is really powerful with a great lesson in it. |
| 1:40.8 | In first Samuel, chapter 8, verse 5, it says, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk |
| 1:48.1 | not in thy ways. |
| 1:50.2 | Now make us a king to judge us like all the nations. |
| 1:55.6 | And I think that last phrase is especially powerful, like all the nations, right? |
