Before we start, Revive Our Hearts today, I've got a warning for you. What you're about to hear could be life-changing. That's what Kelly Needham discovered. Years ago, she stumbled on to revive our hearts.

I was given an iPod by a friend when my husband and I were on tour. Kelly's husband is singer-songwriter Jimmy Needham. Now back to the gift.

and I started listening to it. She said, you're welcome to keep the content on there or erase it all and do your own thing. And I was slipping through what she had on there. And there were some

Reviver Hearts podcast. And I had not heard of Reviver Hearts before. But I did recognize

the name, Nancy Litaoss. I had read part of

a book in college of hers. And so I was attracted by that and just started to start listening.

It was in 2008, the Year of the True Woman at the first two woman conference, and started listening

while I was running. And since then, I've been listening up to this day.

Kelly discovered Revive Our Hearts at an important time in her life.

I was two years into being married.

Marriage was not an easy transition for me.

God exposed a lot of pride in my heart through being married to a manhoodable public ministry.

And I was not prepared for that.

And so I was wrestling with, even in the conviction of the Lord, what does it look like to move forward in my marriage? And here I was listening

to these podcasts that I jumped into the middle of a year where they were talking about womanhood

and how the gospel applies to that and listening to roundtable talks, the revive our hearts,

of all these women,

a lot of it discussing marriage, and it became a grace for me and gave me some real practical ways to walk out in a more life-giving way my marriage, the gospel, and serving my husband for the

glory of God, no longer for the glory of myself. So it really was something that I started to treasure in 2008.

Kelly has been hearing the truth of the gospel and learning how to live it out in her marriage

as a mom and in her writing ministry. And now, Kelly is a dear friend of Revive Our Hearts.
