we got some really heavy thunderstorms in the middle of the night. Actually woke me up. It's like,

wow, is it raining that hard? And right now the skies are fairly clear, but some significant puddleage around the area.

And I even put on my trail shoes that have a certain water-resistant component so I can walk through water and my socks

don't get wet, although the water can't be super deep. But I'm going to be dodging some puddles

here as we walk. And you probably can't hear it but right before I started recording I

walked past an area that it's an open field and the frogs are just going crazy
