Scouting Combine, Buck.

Have you recovered? have you recovered have you

recovered yet yeah man I'm I'm good I'm on to the next I think the big thing when you

come away from the combine is is trying to separate what you saw in indie and compare it to

what you saw on tape and not to kind of swing too far in one direction or the other based on what

you saw during the workout.

We've talked about this repeatedly, how it's really important as much as we can to put the pin down before you get to the combine.

Because if you haven't done full evaluations prior to the combine, then what happens is your mind can become clouded.

So now when you're looking at tape with DK Metcalfe because he registered at 433, you kind of write down on your nose.

Oh, he's fast.

He's explosive.

And it just kind of clouds the evaluation.

So I think what we have to do is when everyone is kind of going, hey, this guy's a great

player based off this workout and the three cone and all this other stuff is pop on the tape and really stick to what your initial assessment was based off the tape.

Because more times than not, your gut reaction off that initial feel, what we call it, blink scouting.
