Hello, ho, ho! Here's an important message from Network Rail for anyone who's travelling by train this Christmas and New Year.

We'll be working over the festive period to make improvements to the railway. Most of the network remains open, but some train services will be affected from Sunday the 25th of December until Monday the 2nd of January.

Hello, I'm Alston Raskin. I'm a writer, mental health advocate and today I didn't get lost going to my local bagel shop like I have the previous two times.

Oh, no, what does that mean?

Oh, it's just a little inside joke between the three of us right now.

Why do you get lost going to the bagel shop? I don't understand. You live in one area. Okay, so I understand how to get to the bagel shop from my house.

But the last few times I've been going from physical therapy, which has taken me into this huge, it's like it's in this huge shopping center.

And for whatever reason, the area in which I have entered on the way home from physical therapy, I had been unable to orient myself and twice had to call John freaking out because I was lost.

Okay, so here's the question. Why do some people have bad senses of direction? We'll walk out of a store and Mal will be like, where are we?

And I'm like, we just what people have different skill sets. That's true. And I guess that's why people should want to like go with me in an apocalypse situation because I know where we're going. I can orient us.

And I'm like, what's the best thing that a person has done is in the West, you know what I mean? Yeah, but you're talking to someone who has no real interest in surviving the apocalypse.

True, true, true. So what's this bagel place is a good. It's okay.
