A Thursday, which means it is the first day of practice for the Colts up in Grand Park at Colts Camp.

And joining us now on the Express Pro Tire and Auto Guest Line, he is entering his fourth season with the Indianapolis Colts out of Vanderbilt as a defensive end.

And he needs really no introduction, but I'll do it anyway.

Dio, how are you? I'm doing great. How are you doing? We cannot complain. I want to begin with this and

boy, the blink of an eye, it goes fast, right? It doesn't seem long ago when you were coming in.

And I know that you were coming in, you know, injured obviously right off of the draft when you were a rookie four years ago.

But now as a veteran, seeing a first-round pick, a rookie that's coming in along the same unit as yourself,

how are things different?

What is the mindset and the approach for you now entering year number four?

I mean, prior to this, you know, the approach was kind of getting comfortable, getting adjusted

to, you know, just being in the NFL, but now it's about dominating, you know.

I feel like I've been able to get comfortable and grow throughout my years here, but now

I'm not going to take that next step and really become the dominant force in this week.

When you look at your, you know, obviously just pass rush in general, which is the area that

Chris Ballard has been so vociferous about wanting to bolster, and there are good players

there obviously with the Forrest Buckner, Quitty Pegg, yourself. Now you add Latu to that mix.

What is the mindset from a playing standpoint of seeing that competition, but at the same time that kind of safety in numbers?

I mean, it gives you confidence that, you know, no matter who's in and no matter what's going on,

we're going to have a great rush and we're going to be able to get to the quarterback. But at the same time, you know, there's a friendly
