Studying the word of God is life changing. Reading the Bible is good, but studying it is like so much better than just reading.

I want to mission to help people learn to study God's Word and in doing that I've been teaching on some of the books of the Bible.

I'm actually going to turn them into books that I've written.

We actually are in the right toward the end of Colossians chapter 3, but don't feel like you're going to feel lost because you're not.

There are so many great lessons in every chapter that you're going to get a lot out of this.

So Colossians 3, 16, well first of all Colossians 3, 15 says let the peace of God rule in your heart as an empire.

How many of you have some situations in your life right now?

You did things that you didn't have peace about and now you're paying the price for it.

So we're going to learn from that mistake to follow peace.

It's one of the most primary ways that we hear from God.

People always want to know how can I hear from God?

How can I know what God's will is?

Well there's many different ways that God leads us, but peace has to be the empire in our heart.

Colossians 3, 16 says let the words spoken by Christ and Messiah have its home in your hearts and minds.

And let it dwell in you in all its richness as you teach and admonish and train one another in all the insight and intelligence and wisdom.

In spiritual things and as you sing, Psalms and hymns and spiritual songs making melody to God with His grace in your heart.

I don't do the singing too well so I just home.

I'm pretty good at humming, making melody in my heart.
