Summary

Today we’re talking questions to ask your partner, because we often assume instead of ask…and end up with some major conflict. When it comes to relationships, things aren’t always as they appear. Every relationship goes through a season where they navigate through the realization that the person they’re with has flaws, failures, and sometimes — major issues. True colors begin to shine through, and sometimes those colors are beautiful, but sometimes, they’re not so beautiful. This, my friends, is the season of fall.  Fall is when your true colors start to shine through: your sins, struggles, failures and flaws. You realize you’re two different people with different expectations, needs, personalities, and most significantly — different backgrounds, family of origins, and ways of looking at the world. Questions To Ask Your Partner – Not Assume All the things you ASSUMED about this person, are revealed and replaced by the TRUTH of who this person actually is. In order to really understand a person in their entirety, we’ve got to learn to ask more than we assume. So today we’re talking about specific areas you need to ASK and not ASSUME when it comes to learning about the person you’re with. Today on the podcast we’re talking about this aspect of the season of fall and addressing questions to ask your partner, as we continue our discussion on the four seasons of every healthy relationship, from my brand new book, Love In Every Season!
