Welcome back to the latest edition of the Audible, presented by Trader Joe's.

0:15.2

I'm Bruce Feldman, joined as always by Stuart Mandel.

0:18.7

Stuart, it was supposed to be a dud weekend in, by the way, I don't know if I've ever called you Stewart. I know. I just chuckled. You must have been a late night for you. Yeah, it was a long day. But it was supposed to be an awful weekend of games. And truth, really was... There's no such thing as an awful... No, there isn't. What we find out is

0:38.7

the weekend where there's not compelling head-to-head matchups between top 15 kind of teams.

0:45.0

And obviously, there wasn't that this weekend. But the games were wild, almost from the start,

0:49.8

lots of unpredictable stuff. We're going to get into all of that today.

0:56.3

Kind of a wild, I'll be honest, it was a wild Saturday for me because we had our,

1:02.1

we were back in Boulder for Big Noon.

1:04.8

We had Bronk there.

1:06.6

It was like a full-blown party there with Lil Wayne.

1:09.5

I'd never seen anything quite like it from our pregame crew, and it was just the energy was insane.

1:17.0

1:22.5

And it was wild all the way to the double overtime squeaker for them to get out of there with a

1:28.2

win.

1:29.1

So you've been saying that Colorado is the biggest story in sports, and I've been a little

1:34.1

bit dismissive.

1:35.3

But I got a little window into that, I think, last night.

1:41.6

What it is is that it has transcendence, you know, there's college football is the second most popular sport in the country, but it still feel at times like it's regional, not regional, but small, it's certainly smaller in popularity, much smaller than the NFL.

1:58.2

And there's a lot and it's not really, you know, it's not really the focal point of national shows,

2:03.8

right, on ESPN, FS1, whatnot. Where I think I realized how big this is getting is it wasn't just

2:11.1

the pregame shows that went to Boulder this week. It was a lot of ESPN's other shows. It was 60 minutes was there. And then last night,

2:22.3

you know, this is a game that didn't kick off to almost 1030 Eastern. And then it goes into

...
