It is clear that this is a targeted act of violence in the FBI is investigating this as an act of

terrorism. The FBI says a man set people on fire using a makeshift flamethrower and

Molotov cocktails in an attack at a Jewish community event yesterday in Boulder, Colorado.

The special agent in charge said the suspect injured at least eight people, aged between 52 and 88,

before he was detained. This witness spoke to CNN affiliate, KCNC.

A person who threw the Molotov cocktail had two more in his hand.

And he was holding them and he was yelling and he was screaming at everybody, that, you know,

you're killing people is what he just kept screaming.

You're killing.

I think he was saying you're killing my people.

The FBI has named the suspect as 45-year-old Mohammed Sabri Soleiman and said he yelled

free Palestine during the attack, which happened at a weekly gathering to support hostages

held by Hamas in Gaza. It's not clear if Soleimani has an attorney, but he's expected to be

charged in the coming days.

Jewish leaders have called for protection of their communities and action to fight anti-Semitism.

And this comes less than two weeks after two Israeli embassy staff were shot dead in Washington, D.C.
