So, first period at five-on-five,

I really thought the abs played pretty well for the majority of it. They did a lot of good stuff. They generated multiple power play opportunities. That power play just let them down.

They failed to capitalize on some critical opportunities to get themselves a lead early in this

game.

And when you fail on your chances, that's hockey.

You know the other team's going to come down and get one.

Dallas gets one late in the first for a one-nothing game after one.

The second period, I really thought the abs dominated the period.

They completely took it to Dallas.

We're able to score one goal off of some superhero stuff from McKinnon and Ranton and puts a puck into an open net. And that was it. That was the only time they managed to put a puck in the back of the net. Doesn't matter how good you play if you don't score. Dallas gets that goal back on one of the few mistakes the abs make. They give up a three on two. It's right into the back of their net. That would be the game winner. Third period, they have stunk a little bit. A lot of the details were lost. They stopped making crisp passes. They stopped putting good plays together. And that's how two empty net goals get scored on you. Little over a minute, but not too bad. I want to get your guys' take on this game.

How much of this is a, hey, we like the way we played for most of this game.

We just weren't quite good enough.

And how much of this is a, you have to be significantly better in area x like the third period

i mean for me it's very simple there's no lollipops and juice boxes i mean there's eight teams

left on the stanleck out playoffs you want to win you've got to be on top of your game. As were okay. I mean, for me, they're okay. Yeah, they came out swinging a little more in the last couple games. They were a little more physical. They were a little more engaged. Okay, great. Awesome. Good for you. That's expected. There's nothing special there. McKinna makes an all-world play, and this is where they score a goal.
