2:08.7 | And as I was thinking about it was like, okay, well, why is it that so-called liberal justices |
2:15.7 | are even saying diversity is a good thing. That's not what the |
2:20.2 | case is about. You know, they're not there to decide whether diversity is a good thing or not. |
2:26.7 | It's a question of constitutionality. So is it okay for these schools to discriminate on the |
2:32.9 | basis of race in order to achieve some goals that society would find useful. |
