Tim, thank you for that wonderful introduction, and I do want to emphasize what Tim just

said about Call It McDonald. She is, as you guys are about to learn, one of, we've known

know Collette for a long time, and she's one of my favorite people to talk to. And I said this to her once, and she said it was a wonderful compliment that I gave her. But I think, listeners, you'll understand what I mean by this. When I talk to Colette, I do not get a real estate agent vibe from her at all. She does not, she just doesn't have that same sort of, you know, I don't know how to explain it, but her energy, the way she operates, the way she thinks, the way she talks, the way she communicates is on a different level.
