general when it comes to your new coaching hire. How bad do you guys want to win? And I am dead serious.

You've watched Ohio State get theirs. Michigan seems like they're about to get theirs. And those

two programs aren't going anywhere anytime soon. Now, we know the Mel Tucker situation, regardless

of what side you fall on, has been a disaster. And there are some pretty good candidates out there

to replace them like Mike Elko and some others. But there's only one man out there who could take you

from a laughing stock to a soaring stock. And no, it's not Mark Dantonio. Now, while you're dealing with

this alleged turmoil, sometimes that's when you have to take the biggest risk or go all in.

So if Michigan State really wants to instantly be able to compete with the big dogs,

go get Urban Meyer. That's right. I said it. Now, I know two wrongs don't make a right.

And you could possibly be setting yourself up for something else to go wrong down the road.

But the risk is worth the reward. In my opinion, the fit couldn't be any better. It's a big 10

where Meyer knows the lay of the land. He dominated the conference until he left and then

coincidentally Jim Harball finally broke through. He won't be afraid of Ohio State or Penn State or

Michigan or Wisconsin. You won't be locked in the heavy division anymore. And while it didn't work
