Georgia and Michigan is a battle of average quarterback play versus elite defenses. Daniels now available how short will his leash be? George Pickens has also passed COVID protocol and will be available. On paper, Cincinnati and Alabama should be a one-sided tilt. Does that mean it will be? Desmond Ridder is a veteran quarterback who has exercised poise throughout the year and it has paid large dividends for this upstart Bearcats program. If Cincinnati is able to stymie Alabama, they will need to force Bryce Young into some difficult down and distance situations. The Heisman Trophy winner has been as good as advertised but he is missing a few things in his arsenal this week including John Metchie.
