Bruce is at the combine and he couldn't he's so wrapped up in the combine which is like his you know

Sweet spot if you will they couldn't spare an hour to record the audible.

So I brought in our good friend of the podcast,

the athletics own Chris Vanini, who is not at the combine.

And are you a combine guide?

Do you watch the workouts on NFL network?

I'll watch it. You know when it's on well, it used to be more during the day. Isn't it like a

nighttime now? Yeah, they've turned it into a big prime time. Yeah, I used to why I used to just throw it on during the day when I do work and stuff like that. So it was pretty fun. I've only been there once, but yeah, I mean the combine is like Bruce is like Christmas, you know, like his.

I mean, this is the Freaks list guy and like, it's not just the like actual workouts,

although you'll see here he'll start live tweeting those. It's the, it's the, you know, it's the, it's the, it's the it's the you know it's the

people that are there you know it's the whole NFL world is there some college coaches

are there and it's like he's in a bunker right now. Like he's not even responding to me.

We usually call on text all the time.

You know, he's not off.

Like there have been times when I've been on vacation

and he needed a host to fill in for me, but this isn't, this may be a first that we've had to have a guest host because somebody is working too hard, basically.

So, but it's good timing because much like the combine is his Christmas like you said, My wheelhouse is more realignment and college football

playoff governance and politics and we've got a lot of that going on right now. We actually had realign, I think it's probably slipped on the radar. We had some

realignment in the past week. We had you mess jumping conferences, but we'll get into that in a second, but you were in Dallas, you live in in Dallas you are at the meetings last

week where they began discussing what the next iteration of this is going to look like

when the contract comes up in 2026.
