Welcome to the Andy Staples show. Merry Christmas Eve, everybody. We got some bowls to preview, Ari. This is a, I don't mean to get right down to business, but we have a lot of games to talk about.

In fact, we're probably not going to be talking about the games that are happening immediately

here Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, because we've got to get to the ones that are happening

next week.

This will be a little bit of an evergreen podcast because I know a lot of you are off work.

Your routines have been disrupted. You may be

driving somewhere to see family over the weekend. And, you know, you probably don't want to hear

about a game that already happened. So we're going to be talking about a lot of games because

there are a bunch. And we're going to take it all the way up to the semifinals. So we'll get to

the through the afternoon games on New Year's Eve. And then the rest we'll get to next week because, hey, we got more episodes next week. So do not worry. We're not taking off. I realize that everybody's off work. Ari and I don't have real jobs, so we don't have to do that. So we're here. And Ari, how are we doing?

How we recovered from the fast?

Oh, yeah.

It's funny because when I fasted, my ability to eat just a normal portion right when I broke

the fast went away.

Like I only ate half of what I ordered.

So maybe I should just ask.

That's like that is intermittent fasting just to the extreme, I think, right?

It makes you not want to eat as much.

And I will say that I'm pretty upset that we're not just going to talk about food for another hour.

But I guess we finally have to get into these bowl games.

We do.

But it was fun talking about food.
