college-ish age range maybe end of your high school career you're heading into into college, you're currently in college, you just got out of college maybe, and obviously if you guys are in the life this is going to be ideal if you were a parent of a kid who was in college where it's going to be in college at some time in the near future or anytime

I think these tips are going to be helpful and just for people in general just some

healthier eating habits and talk about the difference between eating for performance

and maybe aesthetics and a couple other things married in between. This actually came from a good friend of

mine who I grew up with for basically my entire life. My homie

Matt Obie, he's currently the head baseball coach at the University of

Minnesota Morris. He asked me to speak to his athletes early during this kind of

pandemic season of life and kind of do a little Q&A with them, talk about healthy
