Welcome back to the podcast, Shaolin Gators. Well, yesterday it was International Women's

Day. And I thought, you know, there's a real celebrity tie-in for this. So of course

it's something I wanted to move over to the podcast and talk about with you guys here.

And I thought, what better topic for this holiday? I mean, holiday, as if we like what

got the day off, everyone got a free massage or a box of chocolates or I don't know, even

a free pap smear. No, of course not. But it's a holiday. Whatever. I digress. I thought,

what would I tell my younger self? And I really, you know, I like to keep things short

and sweet. Why did I even say that? Because no one talks more than me. But in terms of wisdom,

I really tried to funnel things down. And I thought, is there one word I would tell my

younger self? Like, if I could encapsulate or distill all of the advice and the wishes

and the hopes and the dreams and the wisdom to who I was 20, 10, even five years ago,

what would that be? Could it be funneled down to one word? Oh yes, it can. I'm going to

tell you what that word is. And we're also going to hear from a shallow gator who's

dealing with some sorority issues. And I'm going to tell you why all these things kind

of tie together. Because I was just up in my college town this past weekend. And it

was like I went back in time. And I think so much of the time we avoid going to places

that remind us of the past or emblematic of the past because we don't want to break

down those walls of who we are. And some people do the opposite. Some people inhabit the past
