stuff. And I've got what I call a case of the squishback. And squishback is bad.

It's a back problem.

I thought that saying squishback was like a very clear way to describe lower back pain.

Like I just feel like somebody's taken my lower back and compressed it in a way that's very uncomfortable.

Right.

And I said to somebody that I had a real case of squishback and they were like, is that

poop problems?

And it's not.
