One of us is on holiday. He's sitting in a toilet and has had too many gin and tonics.

Edward, love it. We've made some errors in the last few weeks.

We're not going to correct them now, but just to warn you that coming up, there's going to be an

error-strune show where we apologise for the things we got wrong and we boast about the things

that we might have got right. We're not going to do that now. However, we're going to begin

the thorny issue of headlight design. We've been there before, but this time we want to celebrate

fancy headlight design, whether they're expensive or not. And also, we want to have headlight

effectiveness, which is arguably one of the most boring subjects we've ever tackled on this

podcast. I want to have that. I know. I want to start straight away with Neil Clifford.

And I want to talk me through his views on headlight effectiveness.

Well, I is very different to headlight design, isn't it, because I can ramble on about the

split-up lights of the Ferrari Bulleneta Boxer, which obviously they are amazing, but shit.

If we talk about effectiveness, now I'm talking from personal experience.

My favourite effectiveness, without doubt, is the new Mercedes G-Wagon.
