the content. So where did this particular title come from? I will be completely honest with you,

Paul, and tell you that it was my wife, Vanessa's

idea. She actually conjured it up first. We assembled a list of about 10, and this was our

joint favourite. I ran it past my agent, Walsall was the best, and then the publisher initially had some doubts.

I think they were about copyright issues,

because there's a film called Collateral Damage

and there's one other,
