I'm standing in front of the State Department where earlier today the headquarters of

America's counterterrorism apparatus received a videotape from El Lobo for the wolf, a Colombian

terrorist who officials believe is responsible for at least seven bombings, including the

most recent at the Colombian consulate in Los Angeles.

Isn't the bombing here in fact just a brutal act of terrorism?

I've worth it nothing but bring to the United States what the United States has brought to

Colombia.

But surely the killing of innocent people like Ann and Matt Brewer is a terrorist act.

That's what the mother and the little boy are regrettable.

It's called collateral damage.
