Yo, yo, yo, welcome in. Happy fun Friday. We're going to have a chill podcast today where we just

sit and talk about different videos that I've seen pop up through the week. A couple of stories

here. We got Taylor and Nashville. Yo, yo, chill as an ice bath today. How are you doing?

Are you ice bathing yet, Taylor? Is this happening? You're still cold. It's hot as hard

as you. Cold showering though. That's not happening. Only when I need to punish myself.

Okay, fair enough, fair enough. And we've got Scott in the producer's bay. What's up everyone?

Scott, you don't do ice baths because you have enough going on in life right now.

Yeah, no. I'll do an ice bath or a cold shower maybe in the summer.

Yeah. Back in the football days, I think you got enough.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I froze my toes way too many times. Speaking of football, we're going to be talking

about Colin Kaepernick. That's his correct sport, right, gentleman? Colin Kaepernick is in the news.

Again, you all know Colin because he decided to kneel during the national anthem. He was really

the trendsetter as far as that statement was concerned. Talking about racism within the NFL,

likening the NFL to chattel slavery. I don't know if you guys remember that one and his little

documentary that he put out with Netflix. That was a singer. But now Colin Kaepernick has accused

his white adoptive parents of a problematic upbringing that perpetuated racism. And we'll get

out into this. This is a story out of the New York Post. He's recently put out, I believe, a comic

book or a comic series that people can go and read if they want to hear more about his story.
