recording the anticipated interaction confrontation, and then complaining when you get pepper sprayed and shoved to the ground?

Now, there is a twist to this story.

The woman pressed charges, which it was said were dropped.

Now they weren't exactly dropped by the prosecution.

They were dropped by the criminal complainant, this woman, which we're going to get into
