I think we sound a little bit better than we did last week, Paula, but we're both still dealing with symptoms. I mean, how sick do you feel, feel other than the cough and stuff? Well, last week when we recorded, I was like, oh, I'm going to get over this in one day. I'm determined. Turns out that's not how sickness works. It doesn't care how determined you are.

Yeah, so I did a hard workout and I kept training.

And then I got this horrible cough.
