So this is about abductive reasoning, right?

We do this for every jury.

We're going to offer a version of what we think happened.

And so the defense may offer a version.

You've got to figure out-

Two different explanations.

That's right.

That's right.

So what I always say, you make two lists.

One's a list of all the evidence.

The other is a list of all the explanations.

And then you're referring back and forth

between your evidence and explanations, crossing out the explanations that don't really

work, given the evidence. I did the same thing with the resurrection. Jay Warner Wallace is an
